Where are you from? Who introduced you to HBCUs?*
Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. My family were all products of HBCU’s. Primarily Jackson State College and Tougaloo College.

Why did you choose an HBCU over a pwi?*
Again my family were products of HBCUs thus I chose to continue on that path. I was never exposed to PWIs.
What is the story of your "experience" at Your HBCU given its heralded status as a stellar and prestigious institution?*
My story is one of fun, challenges, and loss. I was in marching band and various media organizations. I had fun in school but I got my education which has benefited me well.
"First time" experiences at your HBCU?*
N/A
Who are the professors that have impacted your life in and out of the classroom? How did they do that?*
While I was in school the professor who guided me through until he retired before I finished was Dr. Robert List. He was influential in me staying the course.
