Where are you from? Who introduced you to HBCUs?*
I am from Baltimore, MD . I was introduced to HBCUs by my cousin who also attended an HBCU.

Why did you choose an HBCU over a pwi?*
When you meet graduates from HBCU's compared to PWI it’s a different atmosphere it’s like seeing and experiencing something you never have before.
What is the story of your "experience" at Your HBCU given its heralded status as a stellar and prestigious institution?*
At first I was oblivious to attending college then I met my college counselor who fought for me and saw the potential that no one else did so I fought and I am here serving.

"First time" experiences at your HBCU?*
Meeting students of different cultures. Prince George’s County is in Maryland but it is way different from Baltimore, I would have never known.
Who are the professors that have impacted your life in and out of the classroom? How did they do that?*
Just believing in me and making sure I’m on the right path and always leading me in the right direction. And that’s with almost every professor I have came across.
