Why did you choose an HBCU over a pwi?*
The pride and the history behind them. The history painted this picture that no matter how much we were tested as a race, and no matter how much others challenged African-Americans we rose to the occasion and created instiutions just for us. A place were we could come and recieve an education, feel at home and make something of ourselves.
What is the story of your "experience" at Your HBCU given its heralded status as a stellar and prestigious institution?*
My story is simple. I went to school to recieve and education and instead I found who I was. I discover passions I didn’t know I had. It made who I’am.
